This role involves both vehicle and foot patrol of assigned parking areas and surrounding property.Key Responsibilities:Perform regular and random patrols of assigned areasMonitor and report suspicious activity, incidents, or safety hazardsComplete daily activity reports and incident documentationEnforce property rules and regulationsRespond appropriately to emergencies and alarmsProvide excellent customer service and professional presenceMinimum RequirementsMust be at least 21 years of ageValid Driver's License with a clean driving recordAbility to obtain a New Mexico Guard Card License (licensing assistance provided)Strong communication and conflict resolution skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorReliable transportation and active cellphoneAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred but not required:Prior security experienceMilitary or law enforcement backgroundCustomer service experiencePhysical & Mental RequirementsAbility to walk, stand, sit, and patrol for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. if requiredAbility to hear and respond to alarms and emergency signalsAbility to read, write, and communicate clearlyAbility to remain calm and make quick decisions during emergenciesMust meet state licensing requirementsReasonable accommodations will be provided when possible.About IPSCIPSC is a respected security provider dedicated to professionalism, reliability, and career development.
